At Briar House, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Due to the nature of our product all sales are final. If there is an error on our part we will do our very best to make it right. In this situation it is important that you contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
You will receive an order confirmation after an order is submitted. After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with package tracking information. You should expect to RECEIVE your order WITHIN TWO WEEKS or sooner after placing your online order, assuming no unexpected delays.
Our shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of items ordered and distance from our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota candle studio. We normally ship by USPS Priority Mail.
We currently only ship to United States and Canada.
Briar House is not responsible for damages made by our delivery carriers.
Please file a claim with the carrier. Please contact us if you need the tracking number.
Our scented goods are hand made for you when your order is placed. Allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order. In some situations we will have ready to ship items which are in stock.
Orders cannot be changed once they are placed. Should you wish to add to your order, please place a new one. We will do our best to catch the second order if placed within 24 hours of the first order and combine your orders to save on shipping.
